Connecting with the wisdom of your body
Trauma based therapy to help you feel more connected to your life.
Rachel Pieloch, LICSW | Lincoln, NE
I believe in the transformative power of connecting with the wisdom of your body.
My practice is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment where you can explore and integrate your experiences on a somatic level.
Traditional Therapy
Traditional therapy is weekly or bi-weekly sessions with a therapist. During these sessions you get to know the root of your symptoms better and how they impact you. You also learn skills to help you connect more with yourself and the world around you. Whether you're struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, or simply seeking personal growth, we offer a range of techniques and modalities to support you on your path to healing.
Supervision and Consultation for Therapists
Rachel provides guided supervision for therapists seeking licensure in the state of Nebraska. Rachel focuses on ethics and case consultation to help you apply your knowledge to your current caseload.
Rachel also provides consultation to licensed therapists through a somatic-trauma based lens to help you gain new insights or tools to use with your current clients.
